Live Animal Terms
The following terms apply to Live Animals acquired from us::
We ship within the Continental USA only.
We accept PayPal & USPS Money Orders, & ship via FedEx Overnight. If you are in the Central Florida area, and wish to pick your pet up in person, this is an option we are open to consider.
We ship in new insulated boxes; typically around $39.- $44.95 for 1-4 yearling or smaller snakes.
We add heat packs or cold packs at our additional expense as necessary.
We typically ship on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings but if another time suits you better we can work out the details later.
As per FedEx rules, we ship to non-residential businesses, or your new pet snake will be held at the FedEx hub in your area of your choosing.
You are responsible for picking them up if not delivered to your place of work when they arrive.
We provide you via email an online tracking number & URL.
We reserve the right to cancel shipping if the weather gypsies are predicting severe conditions en route to your place. Our interest is in the safety of the pets we selectively breed and your satisfaction mutually.
30 day health/gender/feeding guarantee. We raise our snakes up a good while to ensure they'll do well for you.
If something is not expressed or implied, please ask rather than assume before purchasing, just to make sure. We do our best to honestly describe each individual animal we sell. If we make a mistake, please give us the opportunity to make it right.
